Men's Basketball - Wed, Jan. 25, 2017

The Mott Community College men's basketball team moved up three spots this week to number nine in the NJCAA Division II men;s basketball poll. The Bears are 15-3 overall and 4-1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. They defeated Delta College and St. Clair County Community College last week. They will host Macomb Community College on Wednesday and Alpena Community College on Saturday. 

Oakland Community College dropped four spots to number 11 in this week rankings. The Raiders are 16-3 overall and 3-3 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. They lost to Macomb Community College and defeated Alpena Community College last week. They will host Wayne County Community College in their only game this week. 

Ancilla College drops four spots as well this week to number 13. The Chargers are 14-3 overall and 4-2 in the MCCAA Western Conference. They defeated Grand Rapids Community College and lost to Lansing Community College last week. They host Glen Oaks Community College tonight and travel to Lake Michigan College on Friday night. 

Lansing Community College moved up two spots to number 14 in this week's rankings. The Stars are 13-3 overall and lead the MCCAA Western Conference with a 6-0 mark. They beat lake Michigan College and Ancilla College last week. They will host Kellogg Community College tonight and Kalamazoo Valley Community College on Saturday. 

Macomb Community College moved up three spots to number 16 this week. The Macomb Community College The Monarchs are 15-2 overall and lead the MCCAA Eastern Conference with a 5-0 record. They defeated the number seven Oakland CC and Henry Ford College last week. They will travel to Flint tonight to face number eight Mott Community College and will play at Schoolcraft College on Saturday.
