The Grand Rapids Community College volleyball moved up one spot to number three in this week's NCAA Division II women's volleyball poll. The Raiders, are 18-1 overall and 11-0 in the NCAA Western Conference, after sweeping Glen Oaks Community College in straight sets last night. They went 6-0 last week defeating Lansing Community College, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Macomb Community College, School craft College, Galena Community College and Oakland Community College last week. They will return to the court next Tuesday when the host second place Muskegon Community College at Ford Field house. 

Mott Community College debuts in the poll this week in the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Bears, are 15-3 overall and 5-1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference, after dropping a tough five set match to Oakland Community College last night. They went 5-1 last week, defeating Macomb Community College, St. Clair County Community College, 16th ranked Waubonsee (IL) Community College, Lakeland Community College at Lake Michigan College. They lost to Kellogg Community College last week. They will return to action tomorrow night when the host Schoolcraft College in a MCCAA Eastern Conference match.
