Women's Basketball - Mon, Apr. 11, 2016

Lake Michigan College freshman guard Hailey Maas has been named as a NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball Second Team All-American. Maas helped led the Red Hawks to their fifth straight NJCAA District G Championship and National Tournament appearance. The Red Hawks finished the year with a 27-7 overall record and a 13-3 in MCCAA Western Conference record. 

Women's Basketball - Thu, Mar. 17, 2016

The St. Clair County Community College women's basketball team moved on in the consolation bracket of the NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball National Tournament with an 80-79 win over Hagerstown (MD) Community College. The win moves the Skippers to 22-11 on the season. 

Women's Basketball - Wed, Mar. 16, 2016

The Lake Michigan College women's basketball team defeated Union (NJ) County College 76-69 on Wednesday to advance in the consolation round of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament being held in Overland Park, KS. The win means the Red Hawks (27-6) will play the winner of the St. Clair County Community College vs. Hagerstown (MD) Community College game on Friday at 12:00 noon. 

Women's Basketball - Tue, Mar. 15, 2016

Cape Fear (NC) Community College defeated St. Clair County Community College 71-52 in the opening round of the NJCAA Division II National Tournament being held in Overland Park, KS. The Skippers (21-11) lead after one quarter but were outscored in each of the final three quarters. With the loss St. Clair County Community College falls into the consolation bracket.
