Jackson Community College sophomore guard Kelsey white has been named NJCAA Division II women's basketball player of the week.  White scored 18 points and hit four three pointers as the Jets lost to Lansing CC 89-87.  She then scored 13 points, grabbed five rebounds and four steals in a 122-98 loss to Lake Michigan College.  Last week White set a national record for three pointers hit in a game.

The Kalamazoo Valley Community College women's basketball team is ranked third again this week in the NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball Poll. The Cougars are 24-1 overall and 12-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference.

The Kalamazoo Valley Community College women's basketball team moved up one spot this week to number three in the NJCAA Division II women's basketball poll. The Cougars are 22-1 overall and 10-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference.  

Kelsey White, a sophomore shooting guard for JCC from Jackson Northwest High School set a National Junior College Athletic Association Division II record for number of three pointers in a game recording 13  (old record was 12) as the JCC Jets defeated Ancilla College 125-77.  White knocked down 50 points in her effort to lead the Jets.  She hit 9 of her 13 threes in the first half alone.  She was 13-26 from the arch last night.
