The Mott Community College men's basketball team is ranked number one in the NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll for the 12th straight week. The Bears once again this week earned all 12 first place votes. They are 25-1 overall and 14-1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference.
Lansing Community College sophomore guard Nate Duhon has been named NJCAA Division II men's basketball player of the week. Duhon scored 31 points and grab nine rebounds in a 90-88 win over Muskegon Community College. He also hit the game winning shot with just 3 second left. He then scored 32 points on 13 of 19 shooting in the Stars 99-77 win over Ancilla College. .
