Grand Rapids volleyball falls five spots to number ten in this week's Division II poll

The Grand Rapids Community College women's volleyball team dropped five spots to number ten in the NJCAA Division II women's volleyball poll. The Raiders are 10-2 overall and 7-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference. They went 1-1 last week, beating Kalamazoo Valley Community College before losing in an exciting five set match to Lansing Community College. The Raiders will return to the court on Thursday when the host Glen Oaks Community College before hosting their annual Raider Challenge over the weekend. 

Muskegon Community College dropped eight spots to number 20 in this week's poll. The Jayhawks are 15-8 overall and 8-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference after sweeping Kalamazoo Valley Community College last night. They went 3-3 last week, defeating Kellogg Community College, Jackson College and Rend Lake (IL) College. Muskegon lost to Illinois Central College, #4 - Parkland (IL) College and #13 - Lincoln Land (IL) Community College. They return to the court on Thursday when the travel to face Lansing Community College.
