Tyler Kapa, MCCAA Eastern Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week, Mott CC

Mott Community College sophomore Tyler Kapa (Waterford, MI/Kettering) has been tabbed as the MCCAA Eastern Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the second straight week. Kapa tossed a complete game two hitter in his only start, walking two and striking out nine in five innings of work. Kapa now has 21 strikeouts in his last ten innings of work. Ryan Polega of Macomb Community College, Jack Zang of Schoolcraft College and Bryan Owsley of St. Clair County Community College were also nominated for the award.
