Samara Kolehouse, MCCAA Nothern Conference Softball Player of the Week, Grand Rapids CC

Grand Rapids Community College freshman catcher/middle infielder Samara Kolehouse (Kent City, MI/Kent City) has powered her way to MCCAA Northern Conference Softball Player of the Week award. Kolehouse hit .700 (7 of 10), with two doubles, three home runs, six runs, a walk and seven RBI in three games. She had a 1.800 slugging percentage for the week. Janelle Yarnell of Mid Michigan College was also nominated for the award.
