SC4's Glen Davis is the MCCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

St. Clair County Community College's Glen Davis is the MCCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the period ending Sept. 17.

Set a school record in just his second 8-kilometer race with a clocking of 25 minutes and 52.7 seconds at the Grand Rapids Community College Raiders Invitational, which included a field of NCAA Division II Northwood University, NAIA powers Aquinas College, Lawrence Technological University and 12 other Association schools. He was the second MCCAA finisher and placed 11th out of 158 individuals, smashing the previous SC4 benchmark by 45 seconds.
