Lansing Community College sophomore Jana Stiffler (Grand Rapids, Mich./homeschooled) is the MCCAA Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Sept. 3.

Stiffler placed third out of 100 competitors at the Comet Open hosted by University of Olivet, completing the 5-kilometer course in 18 minutes and 57 seconds.
